It is not what you may think but can be really useful sometimes. What it does is places all settings from all around the operating system and groups them under separate categories in the same folder.
So here is how to do it:
1. Make a new folder on the desktop
2. Name it as "GodMode.{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C}" without quotes.
3. Press Enter and its Icon will change to the control panel icon.
And here you are with your God Mode Panel, the computer is all yours.
